Terms of Service

1. The Prebola Agreement

By engaging Prebola Media for content creation, video editing, or SEO services, or by registering on prebola.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Free 4-Day Trial

We provide a 4-day free trial so you can experience our production workflow with zero commitment:

• No credit card or upfront charge is required to begin the trial.
• During the trial, we review your business, capture/receive sample material, and deliver a sample edited reel and post.
• You retain the right to use the sample reel even if you decide not to proceed with a paid plan.

3. Monthly Subscription & Autopay

Following the trial or upon selecting a plan:

• Plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis (₹5,000 to ₹15,000/month depending on your tier).
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Autopay (Cards / UPI Autopay / Net Banking).
• There are no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription anytime prior to your next monthly renewal.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Once content deliverables are completed and paid for, you receive full commercial rights to publish, promote, and distribute the produced videos, reels, and graphic assets on your business channels.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting us via WhatsApp or email before your billing cycle renews. Because on-location video crews and creative editing time are allocated immediately upon payment, payments for already-started production cycles are non-refundable.
